Recipe Copyright and Originality

Recipes must reflect your own original creative flair and must not be taken from someone else. Everyone gets their cooking ideas from different places. A list of ingredients is just a list of ingredients but it’s how you put it together that counts. When you submit your roast recipe into the Selaks NZ Roast Recipe competition please ensure it reflects your own original creative contribution. If you copy someone else’s recipe and use it in this competition we will immediately remove the recipe and you could be liable for damages.

Screening and Editing Recipes

Recipes will be automatically screened for inappropriate language and content before being posted. Recipes cannot be edited by the owner once published. The Promoter may deny publication, edit or remove any recipe at its discretion, without notification to the submitter of the recipe
